We will be having an informal funfly / picnic beginning Sunday, May 20, 2012. This will be a regular event on the Sunday following our regular business meeting each month. Bring your own drinks and an optional dish to pass, as well as some lawn chairs. Fly all day long, and around noon we’ll throw some hotdogs / hamburgers on the grille and feast.
We have monthly meetings on the 3rd Tuesday of the month at 6 pm just prior to our training sessions. The meetings are held at the club field located on the North side of the Mt. Pleasant Municipal Airport and accessed via East River Road, just east of Isabella Road. If mother nature isn’t cooperating then we have our meeting inside the Mt. Pleasant Municipal Airport Terminal Building.
We also have Tuesday night Training sessions from 6 pm til dusk. Anyone who would like to experience RC Flying is welcome to come out and give it a try. Please visit our Training page for more information.
